Sports Massage

Vigorous therapeutic massage targeting body area specific to training performed, that receive more stress through repetitive use. Designed to target both professional athletes as well as fitness enthusiasts.

Assisted Stretching

Treatment focused on assisted, timed stretching in both passive and active manner . Improves recovery after training session, increased muscle pliability and flexibility. Great addition to regular training to achieve optimal results.

Joint Mobilization

A skilled use of graded forces to move a joint in a desired direction in order to achieve a therapeutic effect, increase Range of Motion and decrease pain.

Reflexology

Bodywork technique focused on applying pressure to hands and/or feet in order to elicit changes in the body. Pain relief via gentle technique.

Cupping

Bodywork technique focused on applying pressure to hands and/or feet in order to elicit changes in the body. Pain relief via gentle technique.

Swedish Massage

Massage technique focused on gentle pressure in order to achieve maximal relaxation. Focus on returning blood flow towards the heart.

Prenatal Massage

Massage allowing expecting Moms to experience relaxation and pain relief. Safe at later stages of pregnancy.

Trigger Point Release

Targeted techniques to release “muscle knots”, pressure in specific targeted areas to allow for the nervous system to react and release the muscle. Quick way to relief pain and discomfort often associated with over-training, poor posture and everyday stresses.

Cranialsacral Therapy

Gentle, non-invasive therapy modality which provides hands-on treatment that focuses on rhythmic pulses traveling through the body. Treatments focus on gentle touch and palpation of synarthrodial joints of the cranium and spinal column.

Myofacial Release

Very effective and safe technique focused on applying sustained pressure to connective tissue in order to eliminate pain and restore movement.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a physical therapy treatment involving  targeted insertion of thin needles into trigger points in order to relieve tension, pain and discomfort associated with muscle impairments.

Joint Mobilization

Soft Tissue Mobilization

Assessment, evaluation and treatment of soft tissue (tendon, ligaments, muscle, fascia), with the purpose of creating beneficial effect in nervous, musculoskeletal, lymph and circulatory system.

Custom Designed Targeted Training

To address specific structures that have been injured, affected by faulty movement, postural malalignment. Skilled assessment and use of therapeutic exercise to strengthen, stretch and facilitate healing.

Neuro Re-education

Improving balance, coordination, posture and proprioception. Restoring a natural mind-body connection, active facilitation of neural plasticity to improve movement and recovery from injuries. Training focused on re-training the body to perform physiologically correct movements.

Balance and Postural Training

Focuses on proper body alignment in static and dynamic postures. Training in appropriate exercise form and performance. Improved sport and fitness performance by strengthening appropriate movement patterns.

Kinetic Taping

Facilitates appropriate movement patterns and enhances performance. Reduction of pain and swelling.

Post-Surgery Rehabilitation

Hugo has been working on helping people since he was four years old. He now specializes in targeted massage for the neck, shoulders, hips & low-back, and assisted stretching. 
Hugo was certified in Massage Therapy in 2002 at Guildford Technical Community College (GTCC) in High Point. 
He graduated in 2008 from Greensboro College with a degree focus in kinesthesiology. 
He has has been certified in myofacial release, deep-tissue massage, reflexology, kinesthesiology, and kinetic taping.

Board Certified Geriatric Specialist

Ewa is a licensed physical therapist with a Masters degree in physical therapy from the University of Rzeszow, Poland and a Doctorate degree from College of St. Scholastica.

Ewa specializes in training clients with specific needs and conditions.

In addition to personalized training assistance, Ewa offers clinical treatment including dry needling, kinetic tapping, cupping, joint manipulation and soft tissue mobilization.
